How much does it cost?
£75 + VAT per month, per care home. That’s the whole price, there’s no commission and no charge per enquiry.
What happens if I cancel?
Your membership runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, with everything still live, and then stops. There is nothing to refund because you receive the full month you bought. After that your listing comes off the public site. Nothing is deleted — your photos, description and enquiry history stay in your account, and starting again puts the full listing straight back.
Where does my home’s information come from?
The basic facts (name, location, registration and rating) come from the Care Quality Commission, England’s care regulator. Everything else, your description, photos and what makes your home special, is written and controlled by you.
Can I list more than one home?
Yes. Each care home has its own profile and its own membership, so you only pay for the homes you want listed.
